WHAT’S THE BEST WAY TO STORE MY PRODUCTS?
To extend shelf life, store products in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight.
Avoid letting soap bars sit in water. Since they are not detergent-based, they will dissolve faster when left in water.
Keep products free of contamination by using dry hands or spoons/scoops.
WHAT’S THE SHELF LIFE OF MY PRODUCTS?
Your products arrive fresh from our manufacturer's warehouse. They produce in small batches and rotate their stock every month, so you can enjoy the product for its entire lifespan. The approximate shelf life for our products is 12-18 months.
HOW LONG WILL MY PRODUCTS LAST?
Face moisturizers, toners, and serums used 2x daily: 2-3 months
Face masks: small: 3-5 masks large: 12-17 masks
Shower masks: small: 6-10 masks large: 24-34
Fizzers: single use
Bonbons and bath melts: 2-4 uses
Lotions and scrubs: dependent on body size and frequency of use.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, depending on product availability. Shipping times vary based on location. Most orders arrive within 1-7 business days.
You may choose between UPS or USPS shipping at checkout. Please note: PO boxes must select USPS.

Orders placed by 11 am PST will be processed and shipped the same or next day, depending on product availability.
Most orders shipped via Second Day Service are delivered within 2-3 business days from the ship date.
Orders destined to PO boxes, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO locations are not eligible for Second Day Service

Yes, your shipping rate will be automatically calculated at the checkout. We are not responsible for import tariffs, taxes, additional charges that are associated with receiving your order
